Description of Work: We use them for all of our plumbing needs. They are prompt and do exactly what needs to be done. They are knowledgeable and do work that is to code, as well.

+ -1 moreAwful; lots of bills from them ignoring our issues. They finally stopped dunning us when I laid out the history in writing and noted for the umpteenth time that they never fixed the ceiling. We had to get someone else to fix the ceiling, then another plumber to fix the leak from their work.
Description of Work: They did plumbing work on a renovated bathroom (and were the sub on thousands of dollars on a prior renovation, I believe); there was leak and they cut hole in ceiling, never came back to fix, refused to do so even though they said they would. and still leaks; had to get another plumber to fix.
