Turned an outdated and dilapidated office space into a bright, beautiful and high functioning space. Very pleased with the overall outcome and professionalism throughout the entire project. New floors, tons of wall treatments, new lighting and electrical, all done with high-level craftsmanship.

Lance and his team have renovated two of our houses. They are hardworking, creative, and skilled in their labor. Lance is a great communicator and has always been quick to answer my texts and calls. Renovation projects always require both preparedness and flexibility which Lance balances with ease. Lance is trustworthy and great to work with! We love our renovated house and we are so thankful for how beautiful it turned out!

We were very pleased. They came when they said they would and they were very neat. The job was completed to our satisfaction and we plan to use them again in the future!

I’ve done a number of projects with Create & Construct. The first was a complete down to the studs remodel and then addition to a home built in the late 1800s. The work performed was very detailed and completed beautifully.
