BINKLEY'S BACKHOE SERVICE

Ricky installed our septic system three years ago. Recently we had an alarm on our septic tank (low pressure system). Because he had installed it, we called him first. He told us he would come out that afternoon or evening to look at it and we confirmed it again with him during the day. He never showed and he never called to apologize or re-schedule. When we called him the next morning, he answered his phone and upon hearing who it was that was calling, promptly hung up without another word. Thinking we may have just had a dropped call, we called him again three times over a span of three hours. He hung up on us each time. We have now switched to another service and will not use him again.

We needed someone to dig some rocks out of where we are having a pool built. We called Ricky the night of the 2nd and he said that he should be able to come out in the morning to take a look. At 9am I called to see when he would be coming by and he said he would be at the house at 11am. At 12:30 I called again and he said he was 2 minutes away. He never showed up. No Call....No Show.... Very unprofessional.

They are reasonably priced, they do a good job. Most of the work they did was completed before I came on board. He came out after hours to help turn off the cut off valve when there was a leak. There have been no problems.

Came over and gave estimate. Went to land records office to locate drain pipe cap. Came back two days later exactly as promised and did the work. Was professional. Courteous. Polite. Prompt. Knew what he was doing. All in all I'd recommend them to anyone. Good small company personal service with a smile.
