We rent out our house in Franklin, TN and were up for a renewal on our termite service contract. My husband asked them to wait until he scheduled an appointment. When my husband did actually call a few weeks later to renew and pay, they said they had already sent someone and that his wife had confirmed the date/time. This was untrue as they only had my husband's phone number. I had never spoken with them. Arrow had taken upon themselves to do everything through the renters. They never confirmed names or honored my husband's initial request to wait for his approval. When we spoke with them about this, the representative told us that it was state and federal law for them to enter the property and get the inspection done. When we expressed to her our frustration that she had not even confirmed that she was speaking with the owners, her only response was "ok". She was not apologetic or professional, and when we told her this concern, she said that she "had already apologized once but would do it again if that's really what we needed to hear." She only said she hoped it would go better next year. We will not be using them again.

Arrow does our quarterly pest control. They always call ahead to let me know when they will be coming, and they are always punctual. They send friendly, uniformed representatives whom I feel perfectly comfortable having in my home. They take note that we have indoor pets, and they are careful not to spray near their cages and feeding areas. Even though I have had another exterminator offer to spray my house for less money, I am sticking with Arrow because I have been so pleased with their service.

The house is bug free. Agent is always on time and calls to remind was a spraying is do. Quarterly service which seems to work well.

They have been very responsive. They have been reasonably priced. They call me and tell me when they are coming. They have just been very nice and very pleasant. I have a little bit of different service but generally they would come monthly. I do it quarterly. They are going to come tomorrow.

Their prices are reasonable. Larry, our service technician, was prompt and efficient. He is very good about following up with us on how the service went.

They had the bond when we purchased the house, so we stayed with them. They have always been good and available.

I liked them but I did not think their service of keeping bugs under control was good. I used them for several years until about a year ago. Another company was able to give me a cheaper deal and Arrow had gone up on their price a bit so I thought I would try the other company because I already had the other company for a termite plan. They were supposed to spray inside and outside the house but I don’t think they did outside the house every time. The gentleman that came was always very nice. He would call if he was in the area and ask if he could come out and do it. Sometimes it was not convenient to have it ahead of schedule because he would have to scramble little bit about getting things together. Their punctuality was at their convenience.
