ANGLIN SEPTIC TANK SVC

Set up an appointment with Jack to pump a septic tank and inspect at a home we are purchasing. He was responsive, seemed knowledgeable and his price was reasonable. He and his crew showed up on time, did an inspection and promised a written report-- but it never arrived, holding up progress on our deal. After they left the site, the seller's agent had questions about some debris found where they dug down to the tank. I called Jack to get his side of the story but he's not answering his phone now and his voicemail was full the last couple of times I called. That probably doesn't matter since he didn't respond to the last message I left anyway. I regret using Anglin Septic and do not recommend them. Obviously, neither agent involved in my real estate transaction will recommend them either.

Very professional, hardworking crew that showed up as scheduled. Made suggestions and performed repairs at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend this company. Contacted several other companies before contacting Anglin and they all flaked out.

We had a very short time frame to get the septic system inspected for a home we were considering purchasing. Two of the companies we contacted couldn't make it in our timeframe. Jack was equally busy, but when my wife explained the situation he said he would work her in, even if that meant coming later at night. He came out and hand dug the access to the septic system (it's and older system without easy direct access). He pumped the tank, performed the inspection, took good pictures, measured the flow rate, and created a report we cold review with the seller. During the inspection he identified a missing output baffle which, after we purchased the home, we had him come out to repair. He showed up on time, did the work, and had the hole filled in within quick order. He took the time to explain the layout of the system to my wife, which made her feel much better! It's hard to find good septic contractors, we loved the work he did, he went above and beyond to meet our timeline .and to do the work in a professional manner.
