+ -1 moreKeith was very professional and easy to work with from start to finish. He arrived promptly at 8 a.m. as promised the first day, when he came out to inspect the house. He asked questions about what sort of sounds I was hearing, when during the day and about where in the house I was hearing them. When he took his ladder out to look at the holes where the squirrels were going in, he took pictures with a digital camera showing the damage the squirrels had caused before setting up traps. He was very good about explaining everything and keeping in touch throughout the two weeks. He once even came out early Sunday morning to remove a squirrel. Aside from the sheer number of squirrels in my attic, there were no surprises. I am very satisfied with his work.
Description of Work: Keith came out the next business day in response to my phone call about squirrels in my attic. I discussed with him the two spots they were using to come and go. He set up traps by both entrances. I'd call him once a squirrel was caught and he'd come out usually that day or the next to remove the squirrel. Over a two week period, Keith caught and removed 13 squirrels.
