+ -1 moreAfter setting up an appointment several weeks ago, they refused to measure my new home windows because they noticed another competitor just left to bid on he project too (he arrived before they showed up). Clearly, this company doesn't have confidence that their product/prices are competitive in the marketplace. I am quite shocked at the owners attitude with me on the phone. Too bad.:(

They worked with us to identify the type of shade that would work best, pick our color and patterns for the fabric and researched the connectivity to our current HA system. They arrived promptly for our estimate, kept us informed throughout the ordering and delivery process and did a fantastic job of installation. Troy worked with me to get the shades to operate with my system EXACTLY how I wanted. We couldn’t be more pleased with the end product; both from the way they look in our home and the way they operate. I would highly recommend Advanced Window Coverings for any project. Simply the best!!
Description of Work: We wanted to add automated roller shades to our large family room windows, dining room windows and a large window in the kitchen. I wanted to integrate them into our Home Automation System. Troy knew exactly what I wanted.

Their customer service is above and beyond. Do not hesitate to use them! The whole process was amazing, and my drapes look even better!

They made suggestions, but also listened to my desires. I have recommended them to my friends and will use them for drapes in the future. They're also working on a project at my son's home. Terrific people!
Description of Work: We had new shutters done in the master bed/bath, the office and the bonus room, including the french door leading from our bedroom onto a screened porch. I had them done a year ago and I still marvel at the look, the privacy they provide and the quality of their product.

+ -1 morePerfect! They were on time for delivery date. Every detail to each window was so carefully installed. Preparing each window and clean up was unbelievable. Having more installed this year. Definitely would use them again! Troy is a perfectionist with details in everything from measurement to completion!
Description of Work: I had the most beautuful Plantation shutters put in many rooms! The owners were so efficient and very precise to every detail! Very efficient! I definitely will have them again and refer to friends. The quality of my shutters were top notch and my rooms are so beautiful now!
