+ -1 moreSteve did a home inspection of a condo I was buying. It was very thorough and informative. He pointed out problems with several items on the property. During the inspection he gave a good explanation of what he was looking for and how important it was to check or fix. Then he offered many suggestions to get the electrical and plumbing up to current code since the property was 30 years old. His final report was a very detailed 28-page PDF report. It was valuable when negotiating with the seller and it was helpful to make minor improvements after moving it.
