I was so pleased they could take care of our wrought iron railing repair job. No job is too small for them and they were kind and so willing to take care of us and were very professional. I will call them first from now on for our home improvements!

Richard Arnold sent a young associate named Tom who had extensive repair experience with 3-D as well as previous industrial experience. Tom did an excellent job welding my badly broken 3-point- hitch, tractor grader blade. I know welding but have never bought the equipment. My Dad taught welding as a vocational agricultural high school teacher. Besides a good repair at a fair price both Richard and Tom were personable and easy to work with.

He is personable and knowledgeable with a great crew. He showed up when scheduled and had a great insight for my project of new railing on the front of my house. He did great work and worked to exceed my expectations. I highly recommend him and his crew.

Rich Arnold did a wonderful job. He took his time and did several things that fascinated me. He actually created a small piece that was missing on the design of the mailbox pole. Amazing! I will definitely use him again. Thanks Rich!

Rich did a welding job for me on a metal chair. He was easy to talk to at the beginning and end of the job. While he had my chair, there was a delay in getting it done due to him not having the right tool with him. Once I told him that I was disappointed by the delay, he said that he misunderstood the time frame and then worked to make it right. So just make sure to be clear on the time expectation and you should be fine. Good handiwork!

This was our first completed project since moving to Tenn in late April. We were thrilled that Rich Arnold fit us in to install a railing and handrail around our front door step!!!! This was a necessity since we are both seniors and my husband has had both knees replaced. I got the railing that I wanted and he and his crew were professional with service beyond belief. He and his crew fixed my awful looking mailbox and restored it to something beautiful, He fixed many other metal objects in our home. Yes, he was expensive, but in this case we got much more than we paid for!!!!!!

Very professional, easy to work with. He kept us informed as to the status of our job and actually finished ahead of schedule. Definitely recommend this company and would hire them again if needed.

We hired Richard to do custom rails for our house because we read all these positive reviews about him. Richard agreed to give us a discount if we paid him cash. We put down 50% and two days later wanted to cancel due to unforeseen financial circumstances. He was hard to get a hold of. Eventually said he will only return $3900 of $5000 we gave him. When we said we do not agree that withholding $1100 for his estimate and two trips to our house is right, he made us sign a contract where we had to agree to this or he will not return our money at all. It is our fault we trusted him with cash without receiving any receipt from him, but this situation says a lot about his character and how he handles business. We've obtained legal advice about this matter and are currently considering legal action against this company. The fact that he threatened us with withholding all of our money unless we sign something is a serious thing and we do stand a chance in court. Please go with another company. At least get estimates from others.

3D Welding owner, Richard Arnold, is a professional. He installed railings on my front steps. He arrived when he said he would. He gave me a very competitive quote and the work was completed when he said it would be. The quality of work was excellent. Richard was great to work with he kept me in the loop when he was going to be able to send someone to do the job. Guy showed on time did a great job welding the leaf spring hanger on my RV. He helped me reinstall the leaf spring and even painted the hanger. Not to often that you actually fined someone who actually shows up on time does the job and takes pride in their work!! We have known Richard for many years. He has worked in our home, and we have been able to see the results of other projects he has completed. Richard built us an extremely large island in our kitchen which involved cabinetry, granite work, and a metal and wood bench that matched our other stools. He also has made us several wire art pieces - my favorite being a sculpture of my nephew and his dog - that became a very unique, personalized gift. Richard is extremely creative and talented. He also thinks of small details that others may not - for example, adding a metal footrest on our island which is adjustable for when my kids get older. I have seen many of his other projects - stairwells, jewelry, cable fencing, etc. I truly believe he can make almost anything out of almost any material you could give him. And it will be beautiful.

We had a courtyard wrought iron fence that was litterally falling down. I called Richard and he met me at the job site within the hour. He provided a very professional recommendation and quote for the repair. Richard Arnold and his crew had completed the repair within 2 days, with outstanding results.
