+ -1 moreInstall was great. All work neat and orderly, factory specifications followed. Unit running flawlessly. My new system is quite, twice as efficient, and air quality is greatly improved. I highly recommend Mark of Midwest for any heating or cooling needs. He has 30 years experience, and a good professional old time work ethic.
Description of Work: Installed a new Rheem 3 ton 3 speed heat pump and air handler. My old 5 ton heat pump was 16 years old and failing, so I had time to research all the options for replacement. I'm a retired mechanical engineer, and found my old system was way oversized and inefficient. Contacted all authorized dealers of heat pumps in area. Selected Mark of Midwest because they confirmed my sizing, listened to my needs, promptly showed up on appointments, had recent factory training, had business card, and truck and trailer with business logo, price was good too.
