 + -1 moreVery well Bill determined that the problem was a bad Fan control relay that had burnt some wiring. He was in and out in 1.5 hours including going to get the relay he did not have in stock. and he met me at noon so that I did not have to take extra time off from work. Bill is a friendly guy and did not mind an engineer watching him and asking questions. THANKS TO BILL WE HAVE HEAT lol of course it finally died on the coldest night so far ( high for the day in the 30's)

Description of Work: Analysis of units at 2 locations I own. Both are old and in need of replacement. He provided estimates to replace (the most reasonable estimate of 4 vendors that proposed). He also installed freon which restored the units to operating levels and provided me additional time to make a decision.
