FALL BRANCH PAVING

I’ve had them come out about 5 or 6 times and pave different area. They are always reasonably priced. The show up on time and the owner is super nice. I would recommend them to anybody.

Fall Branch Paving promised eight inches of asphalt, but only laid one inch. They had to come back and redo about an 80-90 foot section. The driveway looks terrible to this day. The work was done completed properly.

I had a total of 5 estimates, for a job that was going to run approx. $16 - $18K and Roger was the young man who came out to give an estimate for his company, which I believe was family owned, (I'm not positive on that, but his mother would answer the business phone). He was pleasant, and informative, and gave what I thought to be the best bid for the job. I called him back later that day on his cell# and asked for some references. He said he was on a job and would get some to me the next day (Fri.) After not hearing from him by mid Fri. afternoon, I again called and had to leave a message - No return call Fri. I left another message Sat. and again, no answer. I gave him all day Monday, and most of Tue. This time I called the business number, and his mother answered. After a brief description to his mom of what had happened, she handed the phone to her husband. I was suprised by his lack of concern regaurding his son's actions. His basic comment was, " I guess if he did not return your calls, he is not interested in the job, but I will let him know that you called" (You just had to hear the demeanor of his voice to fully appreciate the context of the conversation). My partting comment was " I'm glad that business must be good, to allow you to treat perspective customers in such a cavalier way". Needles to say, this company was crossed off my list.
