I hired Austin Construction on the advice of my father. They came in did the grade work in 1/2 a day, did additional prep the next day again about 1/2 day. The third day they were able to get the concrete poured, finished, and cut. They did an amazing job at what I think is a great price. All the workers were very professional. Without a doubt I would hire them again.
Description of Work: Austin Construction graded, prepped and poured a concrete driveway. Driveway is about 100 feet long with double parking at the end.

When I bought this house, it hadn't been lived in 5 years, and we pretty much had the entire house gutted, and remodeled. That was 7 to 8 years ago. But, the guy is really good. I don't imagine the quality of his work has changed. He lives in Fall Branch, Tennessee. He builds whole subdivisions. He had bought the house just to keep one of his crews busy over the winter and he was going to flip it. We just missed buying it, so, we got in to remodel it, and see it out. He actually cleared a whole $400 on the job. But, he's top shelf, top quality work. Everything with him is an A. I would use him again in the future for a remodel or if I was going to build a house, but, his hourly rate is just too big for my appetite.
Description of Work: Austin Construction gutted and remodeled our house 7 to 8 years ago. The owner is Tommy Austin. The job went on for several months. It was totally down to the studs and rewire. He did all new cabinets and all new flooring. The house had old wooden paneling on the wall. He put new sheet rock in, all new crown molding, all new molding period, and all new flooring whether it was tile, ceramic tile, hardwood, or carpet. He did pretty much everything, all new cabinetry, and all new appliances. I don't know how much it cost. I knew pretty much the asking price of the house before he bought it and he all but, broke even. It was proabably $50,000 or there about.
