As usual, super service. Owner Troy McCoy arrived on time as scheduled after calling ahead. Was friendly, professional, courteous, and efficient. He is a Master Plumber and very skilled and competent and works in a timely manner. His final charges were less than quoted because he was able to rebuild the shutofff valve rather than having to replace it. He does not recommend work or supplies not needed and in this case was able to save me money with a rebuild instead of a replacement. He is honest and his prices are very reasonable for what he does - you get value for your $. He has performed plumbing jobs in the past for several years. Do not hesitate to call him for your plumbing issues.

I love them. I've been using them for about four years. They are professional and know what they are doing. They are reasonably priced and flexible.

I can't say enough good things about this company. Prompt, professional, courteous, honest - all that stuff - and family owned. Most importantly he was able to fix my problem. The first plumber I called seemed well intentioned but was unable to remove a stubborn clog deep in the drainpipe. He recommended instead replacement of the plumbing that runs under the concrete slab of my basement; a very expensive job. The Real McCoy's were simply able to unclog it. In less than an hour my problem was solved for a very reasonable price. Highly, highly recommended.

trey and his crew are great not only did they do the work well and when they said they would ,but also answered all my questions and helped me find other tradesmen in the area of my new home. i will be using them again to remodel my upstairs bathroom soon.

We were so very happy with Trey McCoy of Real McCoy Plumbing! I called him and left a message and he called me back promptly. He was so nice and professional on the phone! We set up an appointment for changing out a kitchen faucet and un-stopping our kitchen drains which resulted in re-working the line underneath the sink to alleviate a slow drain. Trey called when he was en route to our house and arrived as scheduled. He was here about 1 hour and 45 minutes and got everything done we needed for a very good price. Trey will be our plumber to call on all future jobs! Could not have gone any better!!!!

They provided excellent response and the work was great. This was for work on an older home.

My septic tank was backing up into the house. They came out made some great suggestions and carried them out. I never felt like I was being taken or lied to. They put a big, easy to see and use access to the septic tank in my front yard, which came in handy not long after that. The original one was really hard to find and really small. They cleared roots from the drains. They just did their job really well and didn't try to take advantage. As a woman, I really appreciate that. I have used them for smaller things and still feel the same.

(1) Raymond was very pleseant and professional. He arrived on time and finished on time. He had all of the equipment he needed to get the job done. He cleaned up completly after the job was finished. I had known that the commode was loose, but only called him about the drain not draining properly. He recomended doing the other work while he was their. I agreed with him and was thinkfull he did not say he would have to come back later. This is the third time I have used this company. I will not ever call anyone else. On time, good work and a fair price. You can't ask for anymore.

When the repairman arrived it was pouring down rain. I showed him where the leak was. He shut of the water and started digging in the rain. It took him an hour to dig it up and repair the leak and refill the hole. He did the digging with a shovel. I wouldn't have done it in the rain for twice the price. He stated that he repaired the leak with a galv. steel coupling on the pvc pipe. I had had a leak there once before. He told me that the last repair with another pvc repair kit. It did not hold. He said that with this repair it would not leak again. He also told me that when he gave me the quote he did not know that the hole was going to have to be as deep as he had to dig. He said if he had know he would have had a backhoe there. It would have cost a lot more. He still stuck with the low end of his quote. He did a great job in bad conditions. This was the first time I used the McCoy's. They are still my plumbers today.

Mr. McCoy came to my home on time, was extremely polite, appropriately dressed, professional, and knowledgeable. I felt that I had someone I could trust in my home. I have used other plumbers who ripped me off and were way too pushy, (even a little creepy). After finding the Real McCoy Plumbers, I will never use another plumber.

Mr. McCoy was extremely professional and explained everything he was doing. There were no surprises. He also took the time to answer some of my questions about plumbing in general. I walked away, not only a happy customer, but with a bit more knowledge about pipes and plumbing. We are going to need more work done in the future and we will call him again.

They had to tear out a wall and do a lot of extra work. It went great. They were fast, efficient, and clean. They were not nearly as expensive as the home improvement store that was going to sell me the water heater.
