Really enjoyed my drop-off (5/9/13), owner took time to explain to me how ethanol will corrode the carburetor, which backed up what I had learned online. I was told that it would be 10-14 days. After four weeks, called in to see, said he hadn't started it. Other, bigger commercial emergency jobs came in. Two weeks later, same thing. Got a call on 6/7 that it would be done the following Monday. At next available opportunity (because of hours, 6/15), went in thinking it was done, is wasn't. Kicker was that it was in the same EXACT spot as to where I laid it down when I dropped it off. Except this time, there weren't a half dozen weed whackers all around it. Finally got another call and was able to pick it up on 6/29/13. If you're counting, that's over seven weeks for a half hour simple repair job. Maybe what prompted me to write this review was that when I went to use the weed whacker later that morning, I couldn't. The fuel lines were now cracked (also a very common issue with weed whackers). Now, how was this weed whacker tested if it had cracked lines? Take it back? Call to complain? Nope, no thank you. Didn't have another seven weeks to spare. Wish very much the communication had been better and more accurate. That's really the heart of my issue.
