Charged excessive price for replacing posts and did not discuss the change amount until he handed me the bill and then stated that the contract gave him the right to charge more. Did not complete caulking all the posts- did not finish cleaning up site debris- never said thank you for the job and left without saying a word.- I will never hire this man again nor recommend him to anyone.
Description of Work: replace bad front porch posts and cut off existing ones and place alum. base under them. Re-caulk and clean up site.

the contract we had stated that i was to replace 2 post and in turn wond up to be 5 post which was added work i only increased hi bill 125.00 of a 375.00 agreed price plus any materials that my company purchased his bill was not 600.00 it was only 525 with the cost of added materials if feel that the added labor was more than fair the job site was cleaned up and the only thing left was the post that he said that he wanted to keep .i feel that if the member wants to leave a bad report on my company he needs to be truthfull he did inspect the work before we left and im sorry that he feels this way about my work but at least tell the truth about it
