I’m truly thankful that I chose David. He was very straightforward and reasonably price. He replaced some of my siding on the front/back of my home and done a fantastic job! We ran into an issue of rotten wood under the siding and he really worked with me to ensure it was replaced. He even sealed the window that caused the issue until I can get it replaced. David is really enjoyable to work with and I found him very honest and straightforward. The project turned out to be more involved then initially thought but he handled it no problem. Iâ d definitely recommend him.

I submitted a repair request and Dave was quick to call, visit and give a detail/itemized list of repairs needed. Dave followed up with an email and phone call for the repair which fit within my calendar. Dave showed up on time and did a tremendous job. My roof, overhang and fasci boards looks brand new. Dave was all over my job from the get go. Immediate response to the quote request. Came out the next day to inspect thoroughly and provided a quote later that evening. Was able to start work 2 days later. Matched and replaced missing asphalt shingles precisely such that you cannot tell any work had been done up there.

Came to my house on time. Did a great job what above and beyond great company to work with Will use again.!

Home Advisor sent me Davidâ s information and I sent him a message explaining the issues I was having with my roof. David returned my call soon after and told me he would be at my house the following day at 9am to repair my roof. David arrived Saturday morning at 9 am and took his tools and replacement roof vents up to the roof. The job was completed before 12 oâ clock. Wow! The following Monday we had heavy rain and thunderstorms. There were no leaks! It was refreshing to have someone so professional, personable, and trustworthy to work on my home. David also has a great work ethic. I would highly recommend DMS Construction located in Wakefield RI.
