Exterior Home Maintenance and deck installation. David was easy to work with and brought to the job design advise that really worked. He is very professional and kept the work areas clean. A skilled craftsman and fairly priced.

I was impressed with Dave's knowledge and the way he communicated, especially to my wife, his scope of work. Having been a contracted in my younger years, I am sometimes critical of work done on my own home, but Dave was not only professional, but extremely friendly and accommodating. We scheduled his work to be done while my wife and I were out of town, and when we returned, except for a new roof, we would never had known he was there. Excellent job would definitely hire again and recommend

I described my request on HA as a roof repair job as I thought I got water under shingles in the winter leaving water stains on the ceiling indoors. David diagnosed the problem as deteriorated fixed skylights which were leaking as snow melted. He with a helper replaced both skylights installed adequate flashing and reshingled that vicinity of the roof. They also removed and reinstalled the inside cellular shades that were part of the skylight set up. This was on one of the hottest days of the summer and they just continued till they were done. Excellent job! They cleaned up everything... I am grateful!

I needed repairs to red cedar shingle siding to satisfy conditions for selling my house. Dave and his crew from DMS did excellent work and I was able to have the work done very promptly so I was relieved to see such great results. He was extremely neat in cleaning up his construction scene. (While cleaning construction debris from my roof he even cleaned the gutter!) I would hire him again without question.

I had a small leak in my roof which they repaired promptly and professionally. Their price was fair and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Dave showed up on time for every appointment, He and Chris worked steadily the whole time they were at the house working on the roof. They are polite, punctual and very professional. David Smith & his crew was a pleasure! Just being themselves, professional, friendly and courteous! Not only was the quality of workmanship, customer service, clean up and value $ important but David kept his word with me! Meaning, right from the onset of accepting this job he stated that he would not leave me hanging to go to another job which was my #2 most important. DMS focused on my decking and got the job done. Also at a last minutes request I asked David if he had the time to install lattice surrounding my deck. It was a yes! I am very pleased with my new deck floor, railings and lattice. Dave and his crew (Brian and Leif) were on time, efficient, professional and extremely courteous. Other than the new roof and siding shingles I can't tell they were there. They were happy to answer any questions I had about the roofing job as well as others that were non-related. I will be hiring them to do more work at my house in the near future. It is without hesitation that I highly recommend DMS Construction.

DMS (David) was very quick to respond. He came to my house as promised and quickly determined what needed to be fixed. He told me he would pick up the materials that evening and come back the next day to complete the repairs. He arrived as promised and completed the repairs quickly. Pricing was very fair. I would highly recommend him.
