Carpentry work/fit was excellent. Pleased with the final outcome. Chad's bid was not the lowest I received but also not the highest.

Would not make small repair of wood rot on door frame, just wanted to sell a complete install. Door works fine, just needed some trim replaced. Wanted to sell me a new door and install.

Overall they did good job. I'm pretty much a perfectionist, so I expect things done a certain way. They did the job right, but they just left off a few finishing touches.

It didn't. He is much too busy to be selling "specials". Waste of money. I wasted my money and I will not waste my time giving you details. Seems like a nice guy but is too busy with a big business to do small jobs.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. He never showed up. I reached out to him a couple of times and sent him a picture of what I needed done. I thought it was something simple and he never responded again. He had responded once and said to send him some pictures which I did. I never heard from him again. I sent emails and he said he didn't hear from me but the emails didn't come back. I've only talked to him for about 15 seconds.

The project required a variety of contractor skills and all the work was well done. The time estimate for completion despite the breadth of the project was within one day of estimate. The project took about 2.5 weeks including two days when it rained. Chad and his crew were easy to work with and always left the place clean after work was done for the day. As with any project this size unforeseen things arise and Chad kindly did little extras that cost him a little more without charging us more than what he had quoted for the project. Just an all round good experience with good work at a reasonable price.

I kind of had an idea on how I wanted to look. He also made suggestions on the space. It took him a week to respond to my inquiries. Think our scheduling is off.

He said he would give me a quote for all the work in a few weeks. I haven't heard anything from him.

We had DeLano come and frame in a closet we were adding to an upstairs room. He worked quickly and efficiently on the project, and the closet was framed perfectly. He had good ideas for how to make it look like it had been there the whole time, and he did a wonderful job. He completed the job in one morning, and the cost was exactly what he had estimated. He picked up the materials and brought them with him, and cleaned up everything afterward. He even recommended someone to do the drywall for us and we liked him a lot as well. We will definitely use him again!!

Chad has done work for us in the past, so we knew what to expect. He simply does what he says he's going to do, when he says he's going to do it. There are never any issues or concerns to worry about with Chad or his subcontractors. He seems to price his work very reasonably. We will use him again.

He was very courteous and punctual. He pointed out some issues that he was able to see once he removed the deck (some rotted wood that the folks that installed the door had not bothered to replace). The trim looks nice and the new gutters keep the rain from dripping down onto the kitchen window.

I had the need for "tv room room" for the kids movies, Xbox and whatnot, but I needed a few other details added, we were converting a garage into 2 room. I was in a wheelchair, I needed ADA ramps from the kitchen and also the door to my future bathroom had to be widened. I wanted dimmer, halogen can lights, awesome home theater system and a bad a$$ paint job. My big concern was wanting my space to have style and custom woodwork, his idea to place the railing for the ramps along the wall was right in sync with mine. Chad listens to what to want and makes it happen! We have the coolest theater room EVER!

It all went as planned and very well.
