I started working with Jared back in July 2024, we were having a pool installed and I was looking to final some final grade work done. The pool was not completed until the end of September. Jared and his team came out to work instantly! They did a great job! I will reach out to Jared again when I have landscaping needs! Highly recommend Jared and his team! Work performed: final grade, small retaining wall, landscape rock bed (40â x3â ), screened top soil and tall fescue sod.

Jared is extremely professional and always shows up when he says he will. He is honest about his work and genuinely wants to help with your issues in any way he can. My yard had a ton of standing water after it would rain. Jared came back several times to find the right solution for this yard. He ended up installing 6 drains in the yard and we can already see a HUGE improvement after rain. He has checked in on us several times since the installation. It is hard to find an honest company that sticks to their word. I had several other people not show up or provide inaccurate information before I spoke with Jared. Owner of Tennessee Property Enhancers promptly called and set up an appointment to look at the work my mother needed. He gave an estimate, showed up to complete the work on the date we agreed upon and the total bill came in just a bit less than the initial estimate. Completed job met her expectations.

The biggest thing I really had respect for him on is he returned phone calls in a timely manner and communicated very well.

When I contacted TN Property Enhancers, I was just about to lose all faith in contractors following through and doing what they say they are going to do. I was astonished when Jared arrived at the exact time & date that we had set--he was actually there before I was! We hired Tennessee Property Enhancers after the first company contacted turned out to be a no go. Jerry was extremely professional and did a great job. Due to weather it took longer to complete than initially estimated but Jerry let us know when he could or couldnâ t work. The final project turned out great!.

Outstanding work! Thoroughly professional, friendly, and courteous. Listened to everything we wanted: driveway widened, yard leveled, retaining wall constructed, dirt brought in for yard and inside retaining wall. Best of all, he repaired the track marks in the yard, reseeded and covered seeded areas with hay! I was completely satisfied with all the work and would hire him again in a New York minute. My highest recommendation for hiring him.

He did great work! He came out and re-leveled the front my house and it turned out five stars! They did a really good job!
