He did an amazing job! I couldn't have asked for more. He was at the home before we were and ready to get started. He took a few minutes over 3 hours to complete the entire inspection. Sam was extremely thorough and his report was e-mailed to us later that night which included photos of his findings. He listed everything that he thought needed repair or replacement, even the cosmetic issues. I will most definitely recommend him to everyone I know!
Description of Work: Sam Morris, the owner of Top to Bottom Inspections conducted a home inspection on the house that I am hopefully purchasing.

He was easy to contact, and scheduling an appointment was easy. He was very professional and thorough, explained all of the deficiencies to me, and emailed the report to both me and my realtor in and lt;24 hours. The report had deficiencies color-coded (Red for items that NEED to be fixed, Green for items that SHOULD be fixed) which was very helpful when compiling the report to send to the seller. Overall very professional, would definitely recommend him.
