I provided the materials and it was only labor charge. I had an in-home network and I wanted cables run underground and through the wall for the computer network, 24 lines. He ran all of the network cable for me and terminated the boxes in each room. He mounted the panel in the location that I requested for the network cable and terminated the patch panel itself. He ran one new electrical up to the location where the patch panel was going to be because there was no electrical in that area at all. He also did some home theater work in the same visit. He mounted four in-ceiling speakers and four in-wall speakers. He relocated an electrical box in the living room and put a home theater gang boxes in the wall and also mounted my LCD on the wall. While he was here I was working on a faucet in the kitchen. I had some issues in fixing the faucet. He went ahead and helped me with that as well. He was billed by the hour, so obviously I paid him for the job. He also helped with the valve for the shower in the master bathroom. The network cables were also well patched. I was really satisfied with his work. He was recommended by the realtor and by my friend for whom he has done some work. The price was a little more than I expected, though the price per hour was exceptional. He underestimated his time and so took a lot longer than he anticipated. One day when he was not able to be here, but another person from his team was here on time.
