He was on time each time, gave us a chance to save money on the parts for the washer and was quick and clean wit the repair.

Awful communication skills, could not fix the fridge. Said it only works with the fridge and freezer doors open!!! Had no business cards, no receipt given by him. Charged $65 to just take a look, and said call again if it still is not working!!! I would not recommend him to anyone. All of his workmanship was tacky and when we spoke to him he ignored us. Why you hire him I ask? Really disappointed. Where do we get a receipt from you? That is the last thing he said as he walked out the door!!

The only thing I did not like was no paper showing work performed and pricing. This provider said he had on his phone and would email me the receipt. I like having the paper at the time of service so I can see before writing the check. I did not receive the paper work so called him and he promptly sent it to me. That was my first experience that the paper work was not given to me at the time of serve. However, work was satisfactory. I thought $100 for the part he ordered and $45 for the diagnostic visit was ok, but thought $100 for labor to put the part on was a bit much since it only took 20 minutes.

Easily fixed our dryer heating element, however he first required us to order the part, which we found to be highly unusual. Personally, we didn't appreciate that he reeked of smoke and tobacco. He didn't appear professional, either.

He was prompt, professional and Accessed the condition of the dryer, we determined we should buy a new one rather than buy a new board.

He went far and beyond what needed to be repaired and fixed everything.

One week after the repair was made, the machine was acting up again. Because the tech seemed stumped by what I described, I decided to replace the appliance rather than have him come back into my home and possibly spend more money on this machine.

I had called a repair service I had previously used and had not received a return call. I also called LG for a recommendation and received two of which neither ever contacted us. Then I was looking on Home Advisor and immediately received a call from Mike. He scheduled to come the next morning! He even recommended we order a part our washer needed to save money instead of getting it through him. He came back to install it when it arrived as promised. He was professional, neat, and efficient. My washer is working great now that he fixed it. He even stopped by my daughters house on his way home and looked at her freezer and gave good advice on her problem without an extra charge. We will call him again for our next repair if needed.

After the technician came over, he went back to search for the parts and I waited for 2 weeks with no feedback. As I called several times, the technician said he cannot find the part and cannot fix it.

Expensive and the problem wasn't fixed! Assumed the problem was something else in my home, it wasn't, not sure the part was "new", a bit too cocky for me. Would not call them again. Just wanted him to leave. Had to call someone else. Should have gone with my gut feeling in the long run. Too PUSHY ! That about sums it up.

COST OF FIXING AND PART WAS A LITTLE TO HIGH !!
