Easy and quick fix! Michael diagnosed the problem within minutes AND fixed the problem within minutes! Price was reasonable and he was a nice guy. Very humble and knowledgeable. Plus! He called me within minutes of an inquiry. He was responsive, quick and motivated (which is hard to find in East Tennessee 𠤣)

Satisfied and completely happy from the beginning. Prompt and courteous. Knew what the problem was almost immediately, offered me a repair cost at a tremendous savings and installed quickly. I will gladly rehire Michael to work on other appliance issues as I can.

Somewhat unprofessional appearance,customer relations. Not sure if amount charged was a fair valuation of the part and labor required for repair.

Mike came out the next day and diagnosed my refrigerator for a fair price. He provided me with an invoice and estimate right away. My home warranty ended up replacing the refrigerator, but Mike was very courteous and helpful.

Strike One: He did an estimate by phone without seeing the stove/oven. Strike Two (and several fouls): He did no quote of a coming out fee, took much longer to get the part than estimated (supposedly due to COVID though the eventual part that was needed got here in less than a week, not 2 weeks like the one this guy ordered), found out it was the WRONG part, on physical inspection, thought the whole electrical panel had to be repaired and said the cost would be only $50 less to get a NEW oven without heat sensors. Strike three: He asked for more than was told to install the part and said he would send an email receipt. He has still not sent it long after the incident. Got a local guy to come out and found out it was only in need of a NEW CLOCK, at a MUCH cheaper cost than was estimated by Easy Appliance and Repair Bad customer service, the bad job of determining what was wrong. It is made me not trust Home Advisor recommendations if they recommend, in this case, an unreliable place that got money for botching every step of the help offered. A strikeout all around.

They lied. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I hired them to put a new element in my dryer, they charged me 175. oo and did not do their job. Another company came and fixed it cheaper and right. UPDAT 5/26/2020: Their was another repairman here and he said they did not put in a new element. He even talked to one of you. Having someone else come to my home does not except your sorry work ethic!

Wasn't able to fix my dishwasher.

I am still waiting for a part for my dryer, but they are very pleasant to work with.

Michael was on time (actually I early!) for our appointment. He was friendly, efficient, knowledgable, and AFFORDABLE!!! Would GREATLY recommend EASY APPLIANCE REPAIR!!!!

Wow, I'm so impressed with Mike. First of all he arrived in a timely fashion. He was finished quickly. He was affordable and very professional. If I ever need anything else will definitely give a call back. Oh yes, called for help on Monday night around 8:30 pm and he arrived Tuesday at 10:30 am. Mike thank you so much. You did a great job on the dryer!!

Mike was very prompt and came prepared to make the repair. He spent less than 30 minutes in diagnosing, repairing and instructing us on the repair. He also gave us good advise on how to regulate the temperature in order to avoid the problem happening again.

Came 4 times and paid him $300.00 to repair an ice maker on the refrigerator. Said it was the motherboard of course. That did not fix it. He was very unpleasant and just stopped returning our calls. Still not fixed. Out $300.00. Got no receipt or no calls back. He absolutely had no clue what he was doing!

Mike showed up ahead of time and had the dryer fixed and going. I absolutely would suggest him for anyone's service needs. Thanks Mike! Cost was not an issue and Mike did not exploit the situation. He was very reasonable! Thanks again Mike!

Mike was punctual on both visits (back-to-back days) to my home. He presented repair vs. replace options, with costs for each, and performed the work quickly, cleanly, and efficiently. I would utilize him again for similar services.

He arrived on time and replaced the heating element. He ordered the part, came back, installed and fixed a 2nd issue he found at no charge. There was a burnt out wire that he replaced at no charge.

I suspect that this professional did nothing. Claims that he replaced a controller card and recommended that we leave the refrigerator unplugged for 24 hours. He said that he could not turn the recirculation fan by hand and suspected that it was frozen. The circuit card he showed my mother was fairly small compared to the actual card that our next pro showed us. As it turns out the compressor has failed and will be replaced by the manufacturer. Additionally, Easy appliance repair seems to avoid giving receipts for service and did not leave the defective part with us. I'm fairly sure we paid $250 for nothing! I did trade text messages and spoke with the owner who offered to come out again. I feel very uncomfortable about having a second go at it.

Hired him to fix our microwave. Everything worked but turntable not turning and it did not turn on to heat anything. He came out and took the front panel off and supposedly checked everything including the switches. We were told they all were okay and it would cost at least $200.00 to fix it. Today our neighbor came over and did exactly what he did and found that the bottom switch was bad. It had melted. He got one out of an old microwave he had and replaced it and it works fine. My advice is do not hire this company.

Michael was very prompt and phoned prior to arriving, as instructed. Diagnosed the problem after only a few minutes and completed repairs very quickly. I found him to be very knowledgeable about the unit he repaired. I will definitely call Easy Appliance Repair the next time I have a problem with any of the appliances.

Mike responded immediately to my Home Advisor request, and as soon as the part was available, he scheduled a repair appointment. He arrived promptly and was able to repair my dryer and switch the door to open in the opposite direction to make loading it so much easier. I would highly recommend Easy Appliance Repair and will definitely call again for any appliance repairs.

Mike saved me a BUNCH of money by doing some great detective work on our dryer. There was a loud screeching noise unlike anything he had ever heard. The problem wasn't the belt or the bearing, but a spring clip that holds the motor in place had somehow come off its mount. He had to disassemble the whole thing twice to find it, but find it, he did! I only had to pay for the basic service call. Great work!
