For elderly, he is very difficult to hear and understand. Where he parked his truck in the driveway, we found 2 cigarette butt's. Not professional at all!!

Michael, was good to confirm his appointment and arrived on tie. After diagnosing the problem, he pointed us to a manufacturing recall which will help make the repair for no out of pocket expense.

Michael was on time and very polite. I thought the cost was a bit high, but my dryer is working well so I guess he did the job correctly. He certainly spent a lot of time on the repair, almost two hours. I would recommend him.

Michael was always on time and courteous. He even checked with m when he was concerned about the arrival of a part. He recognized the problem with my dishwasher and the took the time to show it and explain it to me. His return trip to install the part was quick and all is well. A fine man

Mr. Corder arrived on time, was friendly and appeared to be thorough in his attempt to diagnose the problem. He proceeded to misdiagnose the problem and instructed me to contact the manufacturer regarding a replacement part. The manufacturer correctly diagnosed the problem over the phone and sent a technician out to make the appropriate repair. My complaint is that Mr. Corder appears to not have the expertise/information to perform the assigned work on this particular appliance and should have declined the job.

When I called, he gave me several suggestions to see if that would fix the problem to save me a service call. I highly recommend them.

He was not well informed about the appliance,when asked if he would research the problem he said what would I research ? When he wailed into the door he asked to use the restroom, When I worked as a plumber you used the restroom before you got to the job.

The person came in smelling of cigarette smoke. Then stated that the problem could be one of several things. He looked at the back, then looked in the freezer, asked me for a vacuum cleaner and vacuumed under the refrigerator. He then punched the buttons on the front and said that it just needed to be reprogrammed. It was obvious from the beginning that he did not know what he was doing. He did nothing to fix the problem, charged me one hundred dollars, and left.

Took a while for the part to arrive but they came immediately after it did and got it installed and we had ice by evening!
