Easy Appliance Repair

I forgot to ask for receipt for $350, he did not ask if I need a receipt. He changed the dryer's mother board but did not give me any waraniyy

Michael came to my home and spent a 1/2 hour took my check and told me to turn my refrigerator on in 24 hours. NOTHING WAS FIXED IT IS A WEEK LATER AND I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM HIM. DO NOT HIRE. I WILL BE REPORTING HIM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.

After saying that he would charge $45.00 to come and see the problem he charged me $100. He did not seem familiar with the machine which I can understand he might not come across very often as it is an Asko. He said I needed a starter button and would try to find one but that was the last I heard from him. He did not reply to my 'phone calls so I am out $100 and still have no washing machine or dryer.

Michael Corder came to our home to fix our ice maker. He checked a few things such as turning the refrigerator off and on, took the front off the ice maker and pulled it out and checked on the incoming water. Anyone could tell the water was the issue but he said it was fixed, charged us $100.00 and left. Well we waited for ice to drop but it never did! We've made more calls than I care to count to get him out here or a refund of our money. He said he would return our $100.00 but never has. I would recommend the public to beware!

I had to schedule the repair two weeks in advance to get time off work. He did not show up. I called and he stated that he forgot. He could not come that day, but came the next morning (a Saturday). He arrived 30 minutes early. He had the component needed to fix the unit. The charge seemed high, but I had no choice.

Mike came to Roan Mountain to fix our dryer. My husband had already taken it apart. Mike tested everything and got the dryer working in less than an hour. We will definitely call him for any other appliance repairs we may need.

He diagnosed the problem on the phone the day before. We had my mom's refrigerator ready when he got there. It was a 10 minute repair. It works great now!

Considered the charge was excessive for the work done.

Michael arrived promptly and explained what he was doing. Fixed my fridge but, problem recurred approx 2 months later. Called him and he told me what to try. It worked and so far so good.

I was charged $300 for a part I could have bought for $145 on Amazon and charged $150 for one hours labor and the problem is still not fixed, I believe the charges were in excess of the services provided. I strongly suggest you stop using this "pro" . Greg Schramek 704-915-5479

Mike did a good job!

Mike was the repairman sent out to us. He didn't appear to know much about my refrigerator and couldn't figure out where the thermostat was located. I stepped out for 5 minutes and when I came back in he had a part cupped in his hand as though he didn't want me to see it and said this was the problem. He had not pulled the refrigerator out from the wall and I later found out that the part he said he replaced was located in the rear of the refrigerator so how did he replace it. HE DIDN'T!!! I would not recommend this particular guy. The charge for all of this nonsense was $150.00!!! Very disappointed.
