I would not recommend him to anyone. He was not honest with me, therefore, if you are not honest you do not need to be doing this type of work.

He was on time and had to return after letting my refrigerator run for several days. He couldn’t find anything wrong with it. And it’s been running fine since. He could’ve charged me more but was honest and didn’t.

I had to eventually hire someone else. At the time I was showed the part that was supposed to have been replaced. As it turns out that was not the part at all nor did he replace it. The unit still leaked and I was out 70.00. I would not hire or recommend this person.

Appeared totally incompetent, got the impression that he was guessing at what was actually wrong. Made a mess with drained water that I had to clean up. Finally had him put the machine back together and paid him the trip charge just to get him out of the house. Totally wasted time and money.

I couldn't be more annoyed or displeased with the attempt to sell me something I didn't need. I was told that I needed to replace the electronics in my dishwasher for $300. I refused, and was charged $100 for a service call and one hour of playing around doing much of nothing. Thinking my dishwasher was junk, I went online and watched a You Tube video and decided to fix it myself since I had nothing to lose. I found out that there is a cutter blade that chops up food and a screen that can clog up. I took this apart, and to my surprise, found the cutter blade broke off and the screen very dirty. A trip to the appliance part dealer and $26 for a new cutter blade and screen, and my dishwasher is running like new. I know nothing about appliances, and fixed it myself watching a You Tube video. Image how angry I am to have this guy try to charge me $300 for a part I didn't need! When I tried to call Michael Corder, he suddenly said I was talking with "John Smith" and had the wrong number.

Mike arrived on time, identified the problem and fixed it quickly.

Dont hire these people worked on my ice maker next day same problem $175 will not stand by their work. Ice maker still will not work. He poured ice on my hardwood floor and walked on it and did not clean it. BEWARE of these people.

Mike responded first thing Monday and my refrigerator was repaired by noon that same day.

He used rebuilt parts, did not communicate, and in my opinion a crook! Spent $200 for nothing!

Very prompt in contacting me. Set an appointment quickly and arrived on time. Resolved our problem. Strongly recommend Michael.

Quick response initially, scheduled to come within 2 days. Determined the part needing replacement, had us order it, told us to call when it came in. Part came in, called for 2 days, unable to get him on the phone or leave a voicemail (mailbox was full). Had to hire another repairman to finish the job. We paid his service fee, and ordered the part per his instructions as well.

He was on time and provided a quick resolution.

My refrigerator wasn't getting cold enough due to a power surge at my home. This repairman came in and told me first thing that it needed a new control board, which was $350.00. He said that would fix it. When he left it still wasn't working, it was actually warmer than before he "fixed it". I talked to him on the phone and he said he would come back. That was 3 days ago and my fridge still isn't working.

I was impressed with Michael because he went the extra mile. The dishwasher would not drain water out. He found that a mouse had chewed through the wires for the pump. He not only reconnected the wires and made sure it worked, he also prepared a mouse trap and put it under the dishwasher. He also cleaned up after himself...I will call him again.

These are good people to hire.

Mike responded promptly and scheduled an appointment convenient for my needs. I tried to provide as much information about the appliance make/model and problem as possible. He made an educated guess as to the problem and brought the part he thought he needed. He was correct and the problem was remedied in one visit. I will consider him for future repairs.
