They were quick to answer my questions over the phone. They arrived at my home a little earlier than expected but that was fine they called ahead. They did an assessment of my my problem and they up front and honest I would most definitely hire them again

Thought the rate was a little high, but otherwise he was great.

Original service call was $ 55 , parts had to be ordered , told parts were going to be $40. When work was complete I was told price was $150, I reminded him the quoted price was $40, he said it was $80 . I then asked if I was being charged for a second service call, he then said no, just $80. Appliance seems to have been repaired properly .

Very unprofessional, Wasn't friendly didn't explain what was the problem, he supposedly change the thermostat, Didn't look the par of a professional. I just wanted my dryer fixed It takes twice as long to dry now than before when it was working before, in other words he didn't fixed the dryer because it takes to long to dry.

I'd like to give no stars. Michael Corder was on time. That is the only good thing. He and his helper were very unprofessional, arguing, using my bathroom. I got a bad feeling from MC and stayed with them. He was very sneaky. Of course, the most expensive part had to be replaced. Said he did and it worked. I asked for a receipt. Said he sent it to my email. I told him it wasn't there. I was not letting him leave without one. It never came electronically so I asked for a paper one at which time (my cost was to be $250, including tax) he told me that I would have to pay tax with a paper receipt but online receipts didn't require tax. I knew that was a lie. I got the paper receipt and paid almost $25 in tax. He also offered to put in a heating element FOR FREE if we paid for the part. Why? My dryer worked for two weeks. It seems he gets in there and does things so he will have to come back. I will never allow him in my home again. He has been reported to both the IRS and the BBB. If you choose this person, you were warned. If he still has a place on Angie's List, check all of his reviews. Very shady outfit.

I had a refrigerator that had stopped cooling effectively. I went through home advisor and had a call within minutes from Michael Corder. He came out same day and after assessing the situation changed out the board in the compressor. The fee of $200 total I felt was reasonable and he made the repair quickly and we were up and running. Well, after a few hours I noticed that it wasn't cooling again and all the ice it had made had melted and so we were basically back to square one. I contacted him the next day (Saturday) and after a few short questions he determined he needed to come back out. He came on Tuesday,(15 minutes earlier that his scheduled time!) He made the repair without another fee and showed me the new switch he was putting on, and this time everything is running smoothly. He even sent a text a few hours later to ask if everything was still running well. I would say this is excellent customer service and someone that stands behind their work! Thanks, Steve G.

Michael Corder was amazing! He was very responsive to my texts. He was incredibly honest about how he could help me. He helped me save a lot of time and money. He was just extremely helpful all around. I would definitely hire him again! It's great to know guys like this exist when you need a hand!

They came out to repair my washer because it was making a funny noise, but still working. They left me with a washer that no longer works and wouldn't return any of my calls.

We hired him to fix our dishwasher and refrigerator. He claimed to have fixed the dishwasher, though the fridge was irreparable. Husband paid him $300 (I was at work at the time). Husband was sick, so when the repairman left, he went back to bed and didn't even try the dishwasher that had supposedly been fixed. Consequently, when I got home, after recovering from the price shock (I can buy a NEW dishwasher for that price!), I tried to run it for the first time. Nothing. It wouldn't even power on. So I called. And called. And called. For weeks, I left messages every few days. Finally, I called Home Advisor to issue a complaint. He was very prompt about returning my call then (said he'd been out of town--and maybe he was. Whatever). Working with a customer service mediator at Home Advisor, we then worked out an agreement that he would refund half my money. Weeks went by. No money. I called, and called, and called. One day, he actually answered his phone! Perhaps by accident, perhaps responding to my threat of further action, I don't know. But he promised once again to send the money. Of course, he did no such thing. And now my number has been blocked by him. I don't know what else to do. I literally waited all these months to write a review because I don't want to hurt someone's way of earning a living if there's any other recourse. But he clearly has no intention of making this right, and others should be warned.

They arrived before the designated appointment time, went straight to work and had my washer up and running in no time. Very friendly and courteous.

On time, courteous, knew at a glance what the problem was and had the part with him that was needed.
