He did very well determining the failure within the washer. There were several possible components, but he researched all & found what was causing the - uL - unbalanced load that was constantly happening even during just a single load. In short, he did far better than some large company service providers.

service repair man Mike Corder seemed to know what he was doing and came very quickly called on thurs and he came on Saturday service call was reasonable and fixed my problem in a reasonable amount of time will call him again if I have an appliance problem

I have no "beef" whatsoEVER with the "tech", Mike Corder. My irritation... is the hideously overpriced PARTS needed for repair and maintenance of "today's" appliances... a simple dryer-repair running 85% of the price of a "new" Frigidaire/GE/Kenmore/Whirlpool direct-replacement model. I verified my parts-charge online... it's always "the circuit board" that programs a dozen "features" you don't care ANYthing aBOUT, that "goes". Or $97 for a stupid rubber seal on ONE of the fridge's "French" doors! Then (Maytag) won't have it "in stock" again for at least six weeks!
