Difficult to reach, did not call before coming as they said they would, tech was rude to my wife and seemed like they were in a big hurry to get out of here. They installed ONE screw in the ceiling in the garage and handed my wife a bill for $88.00. I called to speak to the owner, he was rude as well, he was not concerned about my complaint, he told me to tear up the invoice and call somebody else next time. This was not about the money, most places have a service call rate, I get that. My issue was all about the tech attitude, not making an effort to see what caused the issue, and did not even test the door until my wife asked him to before they left. And then the owners attitude. Totally unacceptable!!

They did a real good job. It was at least a couple of hundred dollars, those springs are expensive. They were very helpful and friendly and responded very quickly for us. I think the piece was in the middle of everybody else. We would definitely use them again, we have their card.

We have used them in the past when one of us was home full time and it wasn't a problem. Spouse and I now both work - have limited "day" hours free. Called this time, arranged for first AM appointment - never showed. When I called around noon to complain, the (same one everyone is complaining about) lady told me that they would be out there soon. I said, "What about my first AM appointment?" "Oh, we only can schedule morning and afternoons." "Well, it is now afternoon." "Do you want to schedule some other time? Maybe next week?" You see what I mean. She agreed to call me each morning the next week to see when/if I could be available. No calls. When I called her at 0800 to tell them that I would be free all morning, they couldn't come. She said, "Maybe next week?" In the meantime my garage door won't work. I am a pretty loyal customer, and have used them many times over the years. They should recognize that fact and at least try to work around my schedule. I am looking for a new company.

Installation was fine. Getting them here was the issue. First called and was told by a lady in the office when they would be out. They never showed because she had forgotten to put it on the schedule. They did show when I called again. Did not have the part on the truck, so appointment scheduled for a morning. They never showed. Finally called late in the afternoon, and the repair guy said the lady in the office had sent them to another town for morning calls! She needs to quit before she puts them out of business. We have used them in the past and NEVER had any issues whatsoever. Very dissatisfied with them now.

After purchasing my doors at Home Depot, I was promptly contacted by Williams Garage Door to schedule a time to send someone to verify measurements. I was kept informed about the person's arrival time. He was very friendly and knowledeable. I was advised of an approximate time frame before the doors would be available. I was contacted sooner than I expected and a date and time scheduled for installation. The installer arrived a little later in the day than I had hoped for but still within the time frame expected. He was very focused on his work and he continued to work until the installation and cleanup was completed (well past 6:00 p.m.). I am extremely pleased with the garage door installation, the garage door opener I purchased from them (amazingly quiet) and the overall look of the work performed. Considering the amount of time and work involved, I am very surprised they didn't charge much more!

I couldn't be more pleased with everything that occurred from start to finish. Will refer Williams Garage Door, LLC anytime someone asks me for a reference. They do everything first class.
