Lyons Chimney Sweep & Reline

Fantastic. They were out on site within an hour and checked everything out, found the chimney cap had settled closed on the top of the flue and it needed better sealed at the bottom. I have used Lyons before in the past on my houses but had lost their number and just found them today again in a pinch. They are honest, prompt, reliable and clean and fair in their pricing. This is the only chimney sweep company I will use in the Tri-Cities; I hope Mr. Lyons lives to be 120 because we need him around here!

Mr. Lyons group was quick and effective and they thoroughly cleaned up. I plan on using him from now on to do a yearly cleaning on our chimney!$

Very easy to reach on phone. Very flexible for scheduling. Arrived promptly. However... I specifically told him the height of the chimney, and he said no problem, he'd clean it from below. Then he showed up and said "The chimney's too tall." Left a phone number with my son, and left.

Overall, it was a great experience. They were quick but thorough and took the time to answer our questions. They were both professional and polite. The cost of the inspection was very reasonable and competitive. We did have to reschedule once, but they called and explained the situation and got to us that week. Things happen and what's important is how a company handles it. I really appreciated they didn't make us wait for over a month for an inspection like their competitors.

We found them on Angie's List. They were here on time and spent about an hour and a half. They did excellent work and also cleaned up. They were very efficient. Their price was very comparable for what they did. They were very, very good.

Called about 4 days before coming. Came on time, told me in advance how much it was going to cost, cleaned the chimneys taking care not to get anything in the house dirty including my carpet!. Was very professional and definitely someone I will use again.
