+ -1 moreMr. Keith had fixed the leak on the bathtub in March. The tenants stated it had started to leak again on July 6, 2014. (Sunday) I called Mr. Keith on Monday morning and he was out there by lunch. I know he had to go out and buy parts to fix the problem, but I never received a bill. Integrity is a rare thing these days and I applaud Mr. Keith for his professionalism and his character. I would highly recommend.

However workers did not clean work areas of excess material and discarded material after completing work which required homeowner to perform this service. Additionally, contractor owner did not contact homeowner after work completion to insure customer satisfaction. To date, installation appears to be performing normally.
Description of Work: Replaced leaking kitchen sink drain, replaced two kitchen sink water supply lines and installed main line pressure reducer and shutoff valve.

+ -1 moreIt went great. The whole plumbing system was put in quickly within a couple of days so that we could finish the remodeling. It was all quality work done with good materials. They added some nice features for a house such as several shut off valves to ensure a quick cut off in case of a leak.

Description of Work: Keith changed out parts on my Kohler toilets and changed out my disposal for a new one. He has done other work for my family in the past including to fix leaks with water damage to the kitchen floor and change out the hot water heater. I would use him for all my plumbing needs as he is reliable, professional and completes the job with attention to detail. It is a pleasure to find someone like him as he takes pride in his work.

Description of Work: I used the services of Keith's House of Plumbing. We had a toilet that was leaking and he reset it and he also replaced a faucet that had come apart. We had some rental property and he also sink that was stopping and he fixed that also. He did 3 different things.

+ -1 moreWhen I am back in town next week and he installs the new faucet I will update later. March 22, 2011 - Kevin referred me to another guy. Michael's Plumbing in Elizabethton,TN. I was thoroughly satisfied and will write up a separate note on him with all pertinent deets.
Description of Work: I called Kevin Keith of Keith's House of Plumbing from an old business card I had had for ages. He promptly returned the call and we set up a time for him to stop by and check out my leaky faucet. He was prompt, called before hand, had nice manners. He said I might want to go ahead and buy a new faucet (since the current one was over 50 years old) and told me where to buy one and discussed which brand and model would work well. He refused to let me pay him anything for his time and trouble today and said to call him if I decided to get a new faucet and he would install it. Of course, I'll be paying him when he preforms the impending work but when you've dealt with many repair people over the decades and you DON'T get ripped off, you are thrilled to report it.
