+ -1 moreContacted the company via phone. Sam Stout promptly called back and requested information which allowed him to arrive prepared for the service needed. Because his services are in demand it was necessary to reschedule a couple of times. Both were handled with a sincere apology and high professionalism. Once at the house, Sam and Eric worked quickly and efficeintly to rekey three locks and add two deadbolts. Because of this service, I will contact this company when again.
Description of Work: Had rental property which needed rekeying and additional deadbolts. Sam Stout was very professional and considerate when factors required a rescheduling of service date and time. I plan to use them again.

+ -1 moreMy fiancé had a wonderful day of fly fishing on the Holston river with a guide when he came back to Mountain Sports he found he had locked his keys in car. I called 3 other locksmiths who claimed to be located in Bristol only to find out that they either didnt offer car lock service or didn't answer their phones. I called Harry Stout even though they were located in Elizabethton which is quite a few miles away. Sam Stout answered on the 2nd ring and told me that he would get there as soon he could, and he did. My fiancé got home and STILL excited about his day of fishing! Thank you Sam Stout!! You saved the day and helped preserve some memories that might have otherwise been ruined. I would definitely call them again for any locksmith needs and the price, in my opinion was more than reasonable. A + in my book!!

+ -1 moreI called Mr. Stout at 10:40. They arrived within a few minutes. By 11:45 they had finished and were gone. They were polite, explained things and gave me options. When the door didn't close as smoothly as I would have liked, they fixed it and now it closes and locks very smoothly.
Description of Work: Technicians replaced one deadbolt lock and made it so the door would close and lock smoothly. They also tightened up another door handle on another door that had gotten loose.

Description of Work: We had lost the key to our storm door but they were able to supply one. They also installed a 'thumb lock'. This was something that I had really been wanting but didn't think we could get.
