Was told I needed a new fan- this design was a problem with these refrigerators. This was true. He was to order a new fan. Said it would be a few days before it arrived. I texted him inquiring if he had indeed ordered the part, to which I received an answer that it "backordered" and would be another week. Since I had requested he do the work, I waited. A week later (this has now been two weeks) I texted again. He said the part wasn't in (was it ever ordered?)must be a big demand for it, and I should get someone else to work on the fridge, that there was possibly something else wrong now. I had been left hanging over 2 weeks without a fridge, and wasn't happy. I then looked the part up online, ordered it and within 2 days installed it MYSELF. Once installed however I did have a leak from the filter~ most likely from being frozen for so long. That is another review with a different so called appliance person. I will state that during this process I learned the contractor who had done the terrible work/ painting for the bank on our house before we purchased it. For 4 years I had complained that whoever the contractor was for the bank was the most horrid one ever. Paint drops everywhere....and I won't even mention the horrid black fireplace mantel, leaking roof, bad repair job on ceiling to cover up the leaks, in the basement pipes re ran up through the middle of a closet, instead of behind, rendering the shelving useless and the closet unusable. I have had to redo the work. Really sad. Call him for any repair appliance or household will never happen. Read the reviews here. BTW I had read his D rating here, however, because he had been recommended from friends I ignored it. I had hoped it was wrong. The positive things I can say are he did not charge me, and was prompt to come.

It was reasonable. Not everyone repairs it. I found out that he did a marvelous job. He had all the parts and the equipment that he needed written. And he finished the job in their short order, was very polite, and left no mess at all. I was very satisfied. I will recommend him and use them again. I use your recommendation and called them and did. I guess I had no recommendation other than Angie's List.

I called for home repair, said he could do it between 10 and 12 the following tuesday, showed up 10:15 done my repairs was done by 1:00 everything works and looks great. will use this man many more times in the future.
