Curt and his helper showed up on time. They took down the first of the 2 fans to be replaced. Then, while assembling the first new fan and 4 foot down rod (both purchased at Home Depot) Curt pointed out that the down rod did not correctly fit the motor assembly and would have to be cut, and a new hole drilled in the down rod. I decided rather than doing that, I would return the down rod to Home Depot and get one that would work, and he agreed, saying he would come back when I have the new rod. I went to Home Depot. The staff at Home Depot did their best to convince me that Curt didn't know what he was talking about, and the 4 foot rod (a Hunter rod, the only 4 foot rod the Home Depot sells) would fit the Hampton Glendale fan they sold me. So I went back home, but something did not feel right. Either Home Depot was right or Curt was right and I needed more proof. So the next day I sent my wife (I had to work) to take both the fan and the down rod to Home Depot and make them show her it fit. She did that. Home Depot tried to make it fit, and it did not, and finally one of their staffers said "you'll have to cut it." Long story short, Curt and his helper came back, cut the down rods, drilled the holes, installed the fans. They work fine, look great. Curt charged me $175.00 for installing the 2 fans, and that included both visits. For comparison, Home Depot charges $150 to install one fan. So I got a bargain. Both of us got the runaround from Home Depot though. I learned that the short down rods that come with fans almost always fit, but be careful when buying longer down rods! While at the store make them show you the longer rods fit!

He was very punctual clean and professional. The finished job looks great. He installed and measured countertops for kitchen and baths unfortunately the backsplash portion connected to the counter tops in kitchen were not measured so we ordered countertops that we shorter in the backsplash area. But Curtis came up with a great tile that matched the existing tile and put the tile across the back and it looked great when he was finished. He and I both thought that was standard on the formica countertops but guess again. Home depot never ask for the measurement of the backsplash either or we would have known to measure that before ordering. Make sure you measure that too!!

Mr. Williamson presented as part of a Big Deal. He did an excellent job for the two hours he was here. This work was outside and required working on a ladder for the second story windows and shutters that needed caulking and shutter painting.

Installed an all metal dryer duct (versus the old foil/plastic piping) in crawl space to include chiseling out block and mortar to accommodate the correct 4inch exhaust flange. We had to have this done before gas company will hook up propane dryer. Also repaired some boards on our deck that had come loose from the framing.

The service was fair. His weakness is he needs very clear directions otherwise he'll just head off and do what he thinks. He won't come back and ask you questions. When he had finished building the window boxes, he had closed in the sides, which was knocking off the air supply. I would say he was mildly resistant to changing it. He only changed on side. The working bench wasn't what I had in mind probably because I didn't give him clear instructions. The frame turned out okay. In general, what he does is reasonably good. For people like me who are vague in what we want, it would be better if he comes back to clarify if it's what I want before he goes ahead to do it. He was responsive and professional.

Everthing was very good. Ran into a little problem installing faucet, I ran to the store for parts while He painted and it all worked out. He finished in slightly less than the two hours. A very professional job.

I called Curtis for an inspection and quote, which he provided the very next day. Although the start date was estimated at three weeks, he and his crew were able to complete the job only about a week after quoting, and finished in just over one half day. He and his helpers were knowledgeable and professional in their work. The house looks much better now.

This is the second time I have used this service. The first time his work was of mixed quality. This time his work was completely unacceptable. Everything he did I had to pay to have undone and then redone. All aspects of his work was incredibly sloppy. So far I have spent almost $800.00 correcting his work. Do not let this guy on your property! He will cost you big time.

He was fantastic and very knowledgeable. He was also very personable and professional.

The gentleman I spoke with was both professional and considerate. He said that distance was not a problem but that he was in the middle of a project and wouldn't be able to come until it was finished. He said he realized I would probably want it done ASAP, but that if I could not find anyone else to call him back. I was able to get someone else, but I was pleased with his courtesy and would certainly consider calling him in the future.

On time, he quickly and efficiently replaced my rotten door frame. I paid the quoted price and he was accurate in estimating the time, tools and parts he would need to complete the job! Professional, efficient and honest!

His service was fine. He did do one job for me that I wasn't too happy with but in the most part he did good. That experience was bad, it didn't turn out well, I'm gonna have something else done to it. It didn't turn out the way it should, it's the outside brick and it's not matched well to the brick but now he did other jobs for me that I was pleased with. Overall, well he did three things for me and one turned out bad. He seemed to be a little high on the price, but he did cut me a price on one thing though.

Overall the job went really well with Curtis giving me daily updates. I was really impressed with his knowledge of construction and general home maintenance. We are pleased with our screen porch, we can relax and enjoy the great outdoors without all the bugs invading our space. We are going to do another project in the near future and will use him again.
