We were given a quote of $220 to remove wallpaper, repair and prep wall for painting, apply two coats of paint, supply all needed paint from Ferrell Calhoun Paints, and clean up in one bathroom. After arriving three hours late and working less than four hours (not including smoking breaks and a lunch break) Justin Saino suddenly had to leave because "the wife called and wants me to come help her clean house." He then said to me, "all the wallpaper has been stripped and tomorrow I will be here at 7:30 AM to start prepping the wall for painting." After his abrupt departure I went in to see what had been done in the bathroom. The light fixtures were dangling by wires. The mirror brackets had been removed and the wall mirror was in danger of falling. There were huge strips of wallpaper and wallpaper backing still attached on the wall. He had taken HUGE chunks out of the sheet rock all over the entire room. Everything was literally DRIPPING water, not just damp from being sprayed with wallpaper remover, but water was literally dripping from the ceiling, window and door frames. Huge sections of ceiling plaster are gone. Wet wallpaper strips are hanging from the towel bars, stuck to the doors, walls, tub, vanity and floor. The entire room is in a horrible mess. The sinks are full of plaster and rust residue that he said he had to clean off of his tools. And in the tub I found a soggy trash bag half full of wallpaper, although he said he was taking out all of the trash. The floor is covered with wet sticky wallpaper pieces and sticky wallpaper glue residue. The bathroom is in a horrible mess and I hate to think what it is going to cost to repair the damage he has done. At first I felt very sorry for this young man because he told me his father had just died. But during his lunch break, he told me that his father had been a heroine addict, who had Hepatitis C, and that was why he had died so young. Justin also shared that his mother also had Hepatitis C caused by her drug addiction. Justin said he went to Kirby High and grew up in the Sea Isle area of South Memphis. He also said that the business address listed on this website was not the correct address, but did not tell me his business address. All of this made me very uncomfortable. I called Justin shortly after he left and told him I was not happy with the quality of his work and did not want him to come back. I told him I would put his tools (one bucket, two drop cloths and two rusty scrapers) on the front porch with a check for the work he did today. I asked him how much I owed him and he became very argumentative. I told him I did not want to argue with him and did not want him to return and asked him again how much I owed him for the work he did today. He yelled $250! As I am writing this review, he is outside my home repeatedly ringing the doorbell and my house phone. He and a young woman have been parked in front of my house for about a half an hour. I am very frightened and am going to call the Police.
