Arrived same day, made a diagnosis and offered great advice as the parts were still under warranty.

You can't go wrong calling Ray. He is very experienced and professional. He gave me a price up front, explained and showed me everything he was doing. He also does heat & air.

I called several recommended companies listed. All but Ray just said they could not come out till Monday. Ray.spent time on the phone with me and asked questions to help determine issue. Even offered to come out after hours. I found the issue but Ray followed up. I will certainly make a note to call Ray first next time. Thanks much Ray.

It went great. It took quite some time to get the final fix, but he didn't ever even think about not getting the machine fixed!

Ray arrived at my scheduled appointment on time. He cleaned the condenser coils on both of my refrigerators. Prior to doing so, he took time and care to drape around the condenser to prevent dust and dirt from getting all over the surrounding areas. Ray took the time to explain to me what he was doing and why. In discussing some other maintenance schedules, he offered to replace my HVAC filters while he was here - I provided the filters and he replaced them at no charge to me. Very service oriented, professional and knowledgeable.

Refrigerator wasn't cooling, I called King Refrigeration and he understood my critical situation and told me he would come that evening. He called before coming and did a thorough job checking what was causing the problem and went above and beyond to make sure it was working. Very professional and knowledgeable. Would definitely use him again.

Ray came on a weekend (he comes as fast as he possibly can every time) and diagnosed the problem with the dishwasher. He couldn't fix it on the spot because it required a number of parts he didn't have. All of the wiring and the computer board in the dishwasher were burned up. He ordered the parts and replaced them as soon as they came in. Ray used to work for King Parts and Services and when they went out of business he went into business on his own. He is very nice, prompt, professional, honest, and knows his appliances. He has worked on all of mine. He noticed my icemaker needed cleaning when he was fixing my oven and did that for me gratis. I called him when my son was going to buy a new refrigerator to get his recommendations! Who would know better? I highly recommend Ray when one of your trusty machines goes south.
