 + -1 moremr. williams was professional & we signed a contract on first estimate contingent that it would go up if there were problems when they started tearing out my terrible bulked up hardwood floors. we had mold & the price went up because of added materials & labor. timeline was 5 days while we were on vacation. it took an extra day because he needed to deal with previous bad installation from woods custom flooring. he took a little longer but made sure the job was done right.i will definetely use him again because of the quality of work & flexibility to schedule it around my husbands swing shift & work schedule.
Description of Work: removed & replaced hardwood floors in kitchen, removed molded plywood flooring, created drain system for hot water heater & dealt with plumber to put a pan under it. replaced & installed new front door & back door, refinished & rehung wrought iron storm door, cut up & removed broken hot tub. he also rekeyed all the locks on doors to fit one key

 + -1 moreHe's an outstanding craftsman. They took up my carpet. I was getting ready to go get some hardwood floors. He told me he could refurbish the hardwood floors that were there. Those floors look brand new, I mean brand new. He saved me a lot of money. He's quite professional. Now, sometimes on communication, I give him a 3.
Description of Work: Albert Williams has done some work for me in this house and renovating this house. That guy build for me a nook and a wine bar to die for. If I had bought it at a retail store I would have paid out the ying yang for it.
