Description of Work: I had my house repaired and remodeled after a pipe broke in the ceiling above a bedroom. The whole ceiling collapsed and I had a lot of water damage. My former renters destroyed the carpets, doors and cabinets in the kitchen and I needed to have some window facings and wood siding replaced replaced outside.The insurance company covered the water damage but I paid to have the house painted and fixed up inside and out. I learned my lesson about renting my house out and had decided to sell the place out-RIGHT. At first I thought Wayde didn't want to do the work because it took so long for him to get started on the job. Come to find out, Wayde was fighting with my insurance company to get them to pay for all the damage caused by the broken pipe. No other company would work so had to do what was right and to save me money. Once the job was done, the house looked better than I could have ever imagined. Wayde and his crew did a beautiful job and the place sold in less than a month.
