Description of Work: The yearly termite protection contract increases 2-3x the cost of living, and to get Terminix to hear the customer tell them this is crazy is beyond impossible. We are done with them. It's a worthless service. The increase equals $200 in just 5 years! We called to get a price break but they said they are changing their policy on price breaks. Done!

Description of Work: Had my crawlspace "encapsulated" by Terminix pest control service. If you are having troubles with your crawlspace I highly recommend this work. Terminix is not the cheapest but they guarantee their work. The company is well established nationwide. They will help you get financing if you need to do that.

+ -1 moreIt rained so, they could not do it. My wife stopped them and we did not hear back from them. We did use them about five years ago but, the guy moved. The guy that came out the first time did the job and the other guy just wanted to make money. The last guy did not want to take care of my concerns. He turned me against them. They are expensive.
Description of Work: Terminix sprayed my yard and were going to spray my yard. They sprayed the house when my daughter moved in.

+ -1 moreThe service did not work out very well. All they do is come drill holes around your house and put termite boards into the ground. The problem that I had with them is that they know it all. They know what you need to do with your house. They would not answer questions very well, and they are way over assertive. If I could get a better service, I would not use them. At this point, I will continue using them until I can find a better service as far as the guarantee.

+ -1 moreThe service turned out very good. The quality of their work is outstanding. I did not know ahead of time that they were coming that day. I would like prior notice so I could make sure to be there.
Description of Work: They sprayed for bugs on the outside of the house and garage. Then they put mouse bait out in about four different locations. They redo it every time.

+ -1 moreTerminix are reasonable. They guarantee their termite contract. We had termites get in while under contract and they literally replaced an entire room at their cost. If they miss a termite or an area they immediately come out and fix it. You can get contracts cheaper, but I don't think you can get that kind of guarantee anywhere. The other thing I like is that because we have a contract when my daughter was house buying they would come out and do a bug inspection free of charge. They did not charge her for looking at houses and at one house they advised her that she would need around $30,000 to fix the termite damage. It was above and beyond. I don't think I would use anyone else.
Description of Work: I use Terminix for pest control. I have an annual contract with them. They do termite and bug inspections everywhere. They come out once a year for the annual inspection and then whenever I call them.

+ -1 moreWe have a contract with them to come out every three months. We called them to come out and do a special treatment for spiders. They are professional and on time. They are a little bit pricey.
