Fix All Heating Air Electrical & Plumbing

It ran for about two weeks, started leaking water underneath. My caretaker looked underneath and the faceplate was broken. He claimed it was paint overspray, took it out and told me it was $650 to repair it. I called around and found where he took it. They said it had not been over there. He was basically holding it hostage. It looked like it had bounced around in his truck for a while. In October we went by his house and caught him there, said we wanted the new faceplate, warranty, paperwork, etc. Also the repair bill. He went in his house, came out and got in his truck. He said he was going around back to get it for us. We didn't know there was a little alley/exit. We waited two or three minutes and didn't hear anything. He had actually ran on us. I'm through with him. I would not recommend hiring him! We still have the heat pump here, but it doesn't work. He also scorched the wall soldering. He was also supposed to put a condensor drain in, just a plastic back stuck there.
