Description of Work: Replaced some floor joists and flooring and leveled house and suppose to level the floor in kitchen and living room. They did the joist and did a decent job with new sub floor I was pretty happy with the leveling of the whole house even though they said they would come back and check it and adjust it if needed, which they didn't do. The biggest problem was the floor between the kitchen and living room which he assured me they could take care of and fix, which is the main reason I hired them. But did not do. Fast talking salesman. Beware

Description of Work: Installed new piers under the foundation of our home. Building contractor had only installed five, therefore needed more support. Workers were on time each day and diligently worked until completion of project. Very satisfied. They will return in 30-60 days for final evaluation of work they did to ensure alignment of foundation is correct.
