All of the work was done within the costs and schedule set and was performed with a high degree of care and quality. Rickie and his crew were experienced, organized, prepared, flexible in working around our schedule, and very effective in getting the job done - you got the impression you were dealing with professionals that knew their jobs very well. We are very happy with how the TV area turned out, it looks better than we had expected. As another reviewer said this company almost seems like a throwback to another era when people actually cared about the quality of their work, not how fast they could get it done.

I live in Jackson, TN, and the company is from Dyer, TN, just a few miles from Jackson. Ricki Carson is the owner of Carson Building & Painting Contractors, a family-owned company with a 47 year history. Mr. Carson followed up on my initial call quickly and I liked him immediately. Not only was his bid competitive with several others but he told me his goal was to do a good job and leave a satisfied customer who would recommend his company to others. I got a first-rate job from start to finish in only three days time. In addition to the excellent workmanship, Mr. Carson was kind enough to pick up the large and heavy French door from the home improvement store for me. His employees were polite and careful and considerate of my home. They also cleaned up and left no mess after the job was done. Carson Building & Painting Contractors seems almost like a throwback from another era. The day following the completion of the job Mr.Carson called to make sure I was satisfied with the work. How long has it been since you've encountered that kind of caring and concern? Then he told me that if ever in the future we had any problem with the work to be sure and let him know. I don't rate this company 100%, I rate it 1000% and I would use them again in a New York minute!
