Animal Control Emergency Services

It went absolutely great! My husband and I had never been in the position to think that we would ever have to use an Animal Control Services. I called, at least, six different companies. Well, those companies did not service the Chattanooga area. Their advertisement stated otherwise. That's when I called Animal Control Ermergency Services and spoke with Charlie. John, who my husband and I worked with, came out the very next day to set-up traps. John is wonderful and knows his stuff. It was exciting and scary at the same time. We were excited about his knowledge of all types of wildlife, but we were scared because we've never had raccoons under our deck. We have a small dog, so it had to go!!! John came out every other day to check the traps. To make a long story short, he caught the raccoon and 3 possums...of course all on different days. John would come out every other day to check and haul whatever wildlife was trapped. Charlie and John are great to work with. They are professional, punctual, and respond quickly to your calls. I hope I don't have to use their services again but if I do, I know they are just a phone call away. :)

Charlie's service was top notch. He was able to humanely capture mom and pop opossum and he knew exactly what there habits were in order to do so.

It went just fine. He came when he said he would and did what he said they would.

I called Charlie late on Friday night and he was at my home first thing on Monday morning. He was up in my attic removing the insulation for about 4-6 hours and never came down once! He said he saw evidence of flying squirrels getting in there (he's a wildlife biologist also). He ended up removing 4 huge bags of insulation!
