+ -1 moreGordon came to the house, measured each window, gave me an estimate which I OK'ed, and ordered the shutters. He arrived promptly, was very courteous and knowledgeable. His estimate of 3 weeks to receive the shutters themselves slipped by a few days, but when they came in, Jeff, their installer, arrived when he said he would and finished up the installation in one day. He answered all my questions and gave me a primer on installing the shutters myself when/if the need arises. I was very satisfied with the installation. Afterwards, my insurance company faxed me a form for Morrow to fill out, which should result in a reduction in my premium for the wind portion of the coverage. The Morrow office was very friendly and helpful in this regard. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of their various services, including the soffit & fascia which I had installed earlier this year, and the gutters I will probably need.
Description of Work: Measured, ordered, obtained permit, and when materials arrived, installed bolts, put up shutters, took photos for inspector, cleaned up when finished, stored shutters in my garage. Whole installation done in one day.
