 + 1 moreWe originally used this company when we built our house in '95. They are a little higher than some, but we have the same carpet down and not once have we had a seam to come loose or had the carpet re-stretched! They do awesome work. We also had them to repair a place in our floor by a door that had leaked and ruined the wood underneath. They did great on that as well. Hence, this is why we always call Finney's for our flooring needs. They came and gave us an estimate on this last job. Also, checked to see if the floor had dried out enough. They showed up to replace with tile floor and did an awesome job. I've had this new tile (duraceramic) floor down for two years and no problems. I HIGHLY recommend them! :)))))
Description of Work: Put in new tile floor after we had a water leak that ruined our linoleum.

 + 1 moreEverything went great! We had a small problem laying the ceramic tile (turns out our home was built with 2"x8" floor joists, as opposed to 2x10 or 2x12, and needed to be braced in order to support the weight of the tile floor), but Finney's was very helpful and informative when it came to fixing this issue.
Description of Work: We purchased hardwood and ceramic tile flooring, as well as the necessary underlayment and materials (cement board, thinset, grout, felt roll, etc) from Finney's. We did the installation work ourselves and when we ran into problems Rick Finney was very helpful and informative. We also painted the entire interior of our home with paint purchased from Finney's - they customized the colors to exactly what we wanted!
