Description of Work: Who does this guy think he is? Why would you ever treat a potential customer the way that he just treated me on the phone? I called to ask him if he was interested in coming out and giving me an estimate on an addition. He starts off with- well, when do you need this done? I say- What are you talking about, the estimate or the work? He asks what I want and I tell him and he says- well it is at least $120 per square foot. Not including any cabinetry, sinks, flooring, foundation may be more, etc. He then tells me that he is super busy and he didn't have time to come out and give me an estimate if I don't intend to do the work. What? I was calling because I definitely intend to do the work!! He also tells me that he doesn't want to waste his time if I intend on getting other estimates. Of course I am getting other estimates. Everyone should always get more than one estimate! I was completely blown away by his lack of professionalism. I just told him that we would definitely be looking for someone else since apparently I was wasting my time even calling him. Steer clear!!

Description of Work: REMODELED MY BATHROOM. INCLUDED REMOVING WALLS AND FLOORS. ADDED NEW WALLS AND FLOORS. TILE FLOORS. TILE SHOWER STALL. PAINTED VANITY ADDED NEW TOP AND FIXTURES. NEW LIGHTS AND VENTS. |VERY GOOD WORK. I AM PLEASED.

Description of Work: Demolition of old Manufactured home, built a gravel pad for parking, extended water line and installed a water spigot and installed a sewer line.

Description of Work: I called Mr. Workman to see about having a window removed & a door installed in it's place so I could access a patio I am building.The house is brick so some masonry cutting was going to be involved.Mr.Workman came out & gave me an estimate (verbally).While I would have rather had a written contract we agreed that no money would be paid until the job was done & I was happy.The work proceeded about 8:30 the following morning,& the men doing the work were both friendly & professional.They had my old window removed,opening cut in the wall for the door & installed,& the area cleaned up to my satisfaction & were gone by 2:30 PM.My only complaint was that above the door there was an area of about 8 inches that I had assumed would be bricked back in using the old brick that had been removed,but was filled with a piece of 2x8 that while presentable wasn't exactly what I'd expected.I wish that had been more clearly explained before starting the job.Overall I was satisfied with the price,& work & I would use this company again.the price of $575.00 was with me supplying the door & interior trim as I had a particular trim that I've used throughout my house.
