We are constantly consulting each other when we run into new or interesting situations during an inspection. We also have a group of specialists, such as contractors, structural engineers, master plumbers, master electricians etc. that we consult with as well. You are invited and strongly encouraged to accompany the inspector through the house. We urge you to ask questions as you go through the inspection. Once the inspection is complete Scott will review significant findings with you. You will receive a comprehensive report and descriptive overview of the condition of the house from the ground up, along with maintenance tips electronically within 24 hours.
