I hired them to do a termite inspection. Ryan was thorough and explained what he was looking for during the inspection. I would recommend them highly.

We had a termite problem. I did some research on companies and finally settled on Sniper. They started by giving me a quote across the phone. Asked some basic information and told me they would stand by the quote as long as they didn't find anything different once they arrived and got a chance to scope things out. The quote was reasonable and I arranged for them to do the work. After a brief look at the house, he came back to me and told me that I was mistaken on one of factors I'd given him when getting the phone quote and that he would need to adjust his estimate for the work - totally my fault, not his - the quote he gave me was again reasonable. He gave me the opportunity to seek out others and told me he'd gladly leave in come back if needed. No pressure at all. I did have him continue with the work and they spent about five hours doing a full treatment. Professional throughout the day and thorough in their approach. It's evident after they left that our issue has been resolved. When they finished work, he gave me an assessment of what they'd seen under the house and made some modest recommendations for some structural repair. Gave me a quote on what it would take for them to come back and do the work. I fully expect to hire them for this in the next few weeks. Experience with them was outstanding!!!

Kid who came out was very respectful and answered all of my questions. We did a termite protection treatment, and barely knew he was there. Price was really good, in comparison to other places. He also sprayed for bugs on the outside, and we haven't had a spider issue since then. They really seem to cater to whatever you want/need as far as bug plans. I will continue to use them.

I have been tossing and turning for weeks worried about doing the right thing when it came to termites and wood fungus ... I would describe my experience with Ryan of Sniper Extermination as World class service. His explanation of what he would do was very thorough. When he arrived for our first meeting everything was explained in detail, showing exactly where the problem was and how he could solve the problem. When he left I knew what the cost was going to be, what I needed to do to be prepared for him to come and solve the problem. Highly recommend!
