Sniper Extermination

I am very pleased and impressed with the quality and professionalism of the termite treatment done at my home by Sniper Extermination. We had an infestation that we discovered when there were termites swarming in our home through an A/C vent in the floor. Ryan the owner came out and did a complete inspection in the crawl space under the house and verified the extent of the problem and recommended a treatment plan that was identical to a second estimate he had done. Sniper s quote was a little less expensive and I felt especially comfortable working with Ryan. The team of three came as scheduled and completed the work in just under 6 hours. I was able to watch a majority of the extensive work they completed and was impressed with the thoroughness and quality of the performed. They treated the entire crawl space, home exterior, front porch and garage perimeter. They also completely cleaned up everything when they were done. It was great to see the owner Ryan on site and working along side his crew to ensure everything was done right. Couldn t be more pleased and confident that our termite problem is behind us. I highly recommend Sniper!

Our previous exterminatior we had been using for over 2 years finally went under our crawl space because we were having a mice problem in our laundry room. He came out and said Our house was infested with termites. All in the front and in the back. Didn’t take pictures or video. No proof just quoted us $1,200.00. We have an 1800 sq. Ft home! I told him I am getting a 2nd opinion so I called Sniper. He came out inspected. Took a video and showed me that there were some termite in a piece of wood laying under our house but it was not infested. He even brought out the piece of wood and showed us the termites. They weren’t in our house at All but We went ahead and had a treatment done and he even treated Our detached garage. That wasn’t even in our previous exterminators quote! Sniper explained everything and was 1/2 the price! Highly recommend Sniper.

I am totally satisfied with the termite inspection that was completed by Sniper Extermination. Very few words after initial intros. Knows his job and does it. The inspection was thorough. I guess there really is no cheap Rolls Royce...I am very well pleased.

Ryan was on-time with the termite inspection on a home we were looking to purchase. When he got under the house, he did find some fungus growth (should pictures of it on different wood structures), which can possibly lead to black mold. This was good to know, especially when considering to buy a home.

Immediate response from Ryan with Sniper Extermination. He came out the next morning to do a termite inspection and was at my house within 1 business day to treat my house. Super friendly, reliable and clear about expectations, price, etc. I HIGHLY recommend this Sniper Extermination! You will not be disappointed. I will have them come out again for other projects, too. Ryan and the people who worked with him we're knowledgeable,friendly, and did a good job. I would highly recommend this company.

Our contractor was working on our new building when she found termites in the wall. She got a quote from another company and thought it was too high and felt like they were adding work that didn't need to be done. I called Home Advisor and they gave me Ryan who owns Sniper Extermination. He said he would be there in an hour and he was. He was lower in price and willing to listen to our contractor who had specifics as to how she wanted the building treated. He was accommodating, super respectful to the contractor, easy to get along with and he did a fantastic job for the exact price he quoted. He gave me a written warranty after the work was completed. I then referred him to realtors I knew and many other people. He deserves every referral I gave him because his grade is an A++.

Ryan and his worker were on time,courteous and exceeded our expectations. Hire him. You will be glad you Did! We will use him again...and he is a veteran an served our country!

Who wants termites, obviously not us. Ryan with Sniper Extermination is the one to call if it happens to you like it did us. He is incredibly helpful, prompt, and professional. I think it should be a 6 out of 5 because they go above and beyond. Highly recommend to everyone!
